Custom Bladelock Folder Knife by Michael Walker - This is a "bladelock" US patent # 4,979,301 . This is a third generation bladelock, Probably around 2005-2010. Blade and handles are heat treated damasteel as is the lock bar. It has titanium pivot and screw with Walker’s machine engraving pattern on them. He never repeats the patterns. - The large inlay is 22k gold , other inlays are silver and gold. - Photography by Eric Eggly - Michael Walker has been a custom knifemaker since 1980. Walker is the inventor of more than 30 different knife mechanisms including the Walker Linerlock, for which he secured a trademark in 1980. He invented the Linerlock style of folding knife. Inducted into The Blade Magazine Cutlery Hall of Fame in 2004.

Thereafter we will put the knife back up for sale. Shipping

All knives are shipped via FedEx 2-day, insured with signature required upon delivery (unless noted otherwise). In order to ship your item(s) we need your full name, exact address, phone number and email address.

Returns

Please contact us within three days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the knife: studio@farinafinearts.com. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and credit card or PayPal processing fee. All items must be returned in the same exact condition as it was received and must be shipped fully insured via FedEx. Most custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent and most factory knives carry the manufacturer's warranty. We do not guarantee the durability of natural handle materials (such as bone, wood, pearl, etc...) or the reaction of any material to water and air (rust, oxidation, etc.)  If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we may offer a full refund at our discretion. Any condition visible in our product pictures is considered to be disclosed and does not constitute an error or omission on our part.
